We are motivated by the taste and quality of the usual product, but what motivates us most is the hospitality and service so that you feel "un dos nosos".
In Galicia, the tasty recipes that our grandmothers prepared were not written, they were dictated "a ollo", and thus passed from generation to generation. We just add the right pinch of modernity and great doses of affection, hospitality and fun
